Design object is located at Shartava street, in Saburtalo district; according to urban-planning parameters, the site is located in high-intensity public-business zone and accordingly, design of high class business center was elaborated. The building consists of two blocks; one comparatively massive, creating contrast and underling lightness of another block. Modern architectural materials are included in the design. Main facades will be made with high-quality glass of different tones.
