G.Sulaberidze, R.Khetzuriani,D.Rusitashvili Structure LTD Cubicon Under the design, reconstruction of former motor-racing base was planned. Design was being implemented in stages according to general masterplan, preliminary concept and TOR.

Complex consists of several individual blocks and renovated infrastructure meeting current standards and requirements. Design architecture repeats the silhouette of existing landscape.
