Status: Ongoing project.

CITYZEN is a premium-class multifunctional complex including 4 residential blocks and a business tower. The construction area of the complex is 46,000 square meters, of which 23,000 square meters will be allocated for a recreation area. The eco-friendliness of the project is especially enhanced by the fact that a central park is being developed in the vicinity of CITYZEN, which provides for the arrangement of a green zone on 50 hectares.
