The project comprises three-block residential complex with multifunctional courtyard; under the courtyard there is double-level parking. The building will accommodate 150, different size apartments with balconies.

The project includes a three-block residential complex with a universal courtyard. The buildings have 133 apartments of different sizes and 144 closed parking spaces.
