The complex architecture fully corresponds to the style of old Tbilisi. The front part of the building is three-storey, the rear part is fully four-storey; Commercial premises are planned on the first floor and apartments will be located on the upper floors. The main facade of the building is moved away from the existing "historical" facade, which emphasizes and juxtaposes the old and new architecture.
