The building is located in the historical part of Old Tbilisi. The object borders with the river. Right bank of the Kura River, which is one of the main priorities of the house, given the unique views. The style and architecture of the building takes into account the old (unique) architecture of the neighborhood (wooden balconies, brick and natural stone facades, large terraces).

The facade of the building on the Grishashvili Street side is relatively austere, while the view-oriented eastern facade echoes the mood of balconies and terraces characteristic of old Tbilisi.
