The building is completed and commissioned. The plan is adapted to the surrounding road and the contours of the landscape. Due to the rocky terrain, it is terraced, so the number of floors is 7; 8 and 9 floors. The building has a parking lot for 33 cars.

The facades utilize fragmented brick and natural stone elements, allowing the building to blend into the existing (green) environment.
