The residential complex is located in Mtatsminda district. Kipiani Street #35, on the slope of Mtatsminda. The house consists of four residential blocks, each block consists of three full and attic floors. They are united by a common parking lot. The main apartments of the complex overlook the city. Georgian brick and basalt perforated tiles are used for facade facing. The main part of the balconies consists of wooden decorative elements, which creates the style of Tbilisi balconies.
