The residential area consists of 10 residential houses. The houses are divided into two types. Each house is designed for 32 apartments of different sizes. The master plan is defined by perimeter built-up buildings, a single courtyard, where automobile and pedestrian roads, open parking lots and green areas, sports grounds and a children's playground are planned. The neighborhood also has space for a store and a kindergarten.
