GUDAURI MOUNTAIN RESORT MASTER PLAN

According to agreement, made between Ltd Mountain Resort Development Company (MRDC) of Georgia and Artstudio Project the latter has been working on the adaptation of urban-planning documentation for Gudauri mountain resort master plan , which has been elaborated by the canadian firm Ecosign Mountain Resort Planners Ltd. in 2016. Gudauri masterplan Is a long term vision for development of the Gudauri Recreation Area into a four season destination resort community.

Develops the ski terrain to its full potential. Adds a variety of multi-season recreational experiences and attractions to the mountain experience. Locates new tourist accommodation in compact pedestrian villages. Links Kobi to the Gudauri Resort and provides tourist facilities on the north side of the mountain. Identifies land for resident housing, community facilities and resort related industrial uses.
