Under the present concept complete development of Turtle Lake was envisaged. Following activities were defined as most significant within the design recreation: 1. traffic infrastructure –planning of alternative roads, restoration-rearrangement of cable railway, bicycle paths and routs, pedestrian paths and parking. 2. Engineering infrastructure; 3. Development of fishing infrastructure; 4. Picnic areas and small shapes. 5. Waste disposal and utilization; 6. Greenery and planting; 7. Signs system. 8. Dogs walking infrastructure.
