For spatial arrangement of the city, it’s very important to develop areas, vacated as a result of railway’s moving, into longitudinal, multifunctional business corridors with a large centers of urban importance.

Under the design it is envisaged to elaborate two high-rise office buildings, public park and open railway museum. Designing of other public facilities is also envisaged under urban development plan.
