Tbilisi municipality announced a competition regarding revision of General Land Use Plan of Tbilisi. Competition participants, with other required documentation, would submit pre-design concept based on the one hand on generally recognized principles (sustainable development, healthy city, green city) and on the other hand –on personal values and traditions. Thus, city development concept would comprise its natural/historical/cultural uniqueness and outstanding problems as well. With foreign colleagues, our company elaborated appropriate document and was awarded II place prize in the competition. ‘Sure, competitive vision should be brief and compact, but the vision increased and strengthened as the team was created: all involved in work with amazing energy and excitement, developing diverse ideas and concepts.
