Effective Comfortable Active Quiet

A technical task was to design a residential house in almost old center in Tbilisi. We held an inner contest in company. These two projects scored more points. First team designed a complex with two different type of housing making an accent on diversity of potential inhabitants and potential position of the houses on the plot. And named them accordingly: Town house (quiet) & Urban House (active). Second team focused on materials and decor of the building for better fill in the old context of the town.
